APAT UK Tour - NewcastleThe combination of a low entry cost of £75, premium venues and professional tournament direction, will ensure that the Tour will quickly become the affordable proving ground for players wanting to realise their potential in high quality live events. Players can buy their tournaments seats for this event through the APAT website. Seats will be available for purchase from Saturday November 4th. Entry is exclusively open to members of the Amateur Poker Association & Tour. This stage of the APAT tour is going to be big. There is a 210 seat capacity and the finest amateur players from the UK are expected to attend. The players will battle it out for an estimated prize pool of £15,000, the winner taking a substantial cash prize, prestigious title, Silver Challenge Cup, plus a sponsored $12,000 tournament entry package to the WSOP main event in Las Vegas next year. The tournament will have a structure designed to encourage creative play throughout. Players will start with a healthy deep stack of 10,000 chips. APAT rules will be in operation.
