Deal 4 cards up in the center of the table (Wall Street). The card on the extreme left of the dealer costs 1 betting unit, the next 2 betting units, the next 3 betting units, and the card on the extreme right of the dealer 4 betting units.
Players may elect to purchase a card on the table or take an up card (free) from the top of the deck. If a player purchases a card it is replaced on the table by the top card from the deck. Bet.
