Poker Game Variation - The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

  • Highest hand wins
  • Ace plays both high and low for straights.
  • Players act clockwise from the dealer
  1. Deal 2 cards down and 1 card up to each player. Bet.
  2. Deal 1 card up to each player. Bet.
  3. Deal 3 cards face down in the middle of the table. These are The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly.
  4. The Good: Roll over the first card on the table. It is wild along with all other cards of the same rank. bet.
  5. The Bad: Roll over the second card on the table. This card is discarded along with all other cards of the same rank. Bet.
  6. The Ugly: Torll over the third carad on the table. Anyone holding a card of the same rank must fold. Bet.
  7. Showdown

Note: The Ugly card on the table can be used in a hand by anyone still in the game to complete a Straight, Flush, etc. If the Ugly is the same rank as The Bad, the players who discarded as a result do not have to fold since they no longer have that rank in their hands.
