Deal 1 down card and 1 up card to each player. Bet
Dealer places up cards on the table equal to the number of players. Each player secretly puts an amount in his hand he wishes to bet. The minimum bet must be made or the player must fold. Simultaneously, players reveal their bets. The player with the highest bet chooses any of the cards on the table to add to his hand and places his bet in the pot. Selection continues with the next highest betting player until all the cards are selected, each player placing his bet in the pot. In the event of a tie the player to the dealer's left (working clockwise) select first.
