Poker Game Variation - 5 Card Draw

  • Highest hand wins
  • Ace plays both high and low for straights.
  • Players act clockwise from the dealer
  1. Deal 5 cards down to each player. Bet
  2. One at a time, players may exchange up to 3 cards in their hands. (if 6 or fewer players, 4 cards may be exchanged if an ace is held by that player.) Bet.
  3. Showdown - Highest hand wins

Note

"Double Draw" is a fun variation. In this case, repeat step 2 to add another round of drawing and betting (re-shuffle all unused cards before repeating if you have more than 4 players).
