Only on the very first round, all players must ante.
Deal 2 cards down to each player.
Every player secretly puts a chip in his hand if he wants to stay in.
Players simultaneously reveal their hands. Players with chips are in; those without chips are out.
Showdown. If only one player is in, that player wins the pot and the game ends. If more than one player is in, winner gets the current pot and each loser matches the just-won pot for the next round. All players stay in.
Hands are redealt to all players until only one player remains in and wins the pot.
