Tournament Strategy - Sit & Go ApproachSituational StrategyIf you find yourself in a crazy game where several players are going all-in in a suicide pact, this is ideal. Just sit back for a while and let them chew each other up it's hilarious to watch. You're hoping that several of these guys make a quick exit, it may seem conservative, but the opposite strategy is lunacy. The blinds should still be relatively low and you'll have plenty of time to pick your spots in time. If you find yourself at the other extreme and no one is stepping out of line, seek to take charge of this type of game. Look for opportunities to play your opponent more so than the cards. Be aware that the context and pace of the game will change several times during the tournament, so try and keep one step ahead in changing gears than your opponents are.
