Overall

MANSION POKER was two years in making. Using unique cutting edge software development and with huge attention paid to the customer feel, the wait is finally over. There's been no expense spared in creating the product and they have one of the most enticing offers around - for a long time the $100K daily tourney was the staple diet of online tournament players. This has been replaced with a new tournament schedule which gives guaranteed value to almost all sizes of bankroll with guaranteed tourneys from $10K to $150K. The customer support is superb, most problems or enquiries are dealt with instantly. In these past the only drawback to MANSION Poker was the low traffic volume at the S'n'G's and cash games, though since the switch to Ongame there's games available at all levels! This change will really make MANSION a force to be reckoned with in the online poker world.

Software

Mansion Poker has recently moved (Sep 07) to OnGame, who are one of the largest poker networks on the web. If you're not aware of Ongame, they also provide the software for Coral, Hollywood, PokerRoom etc. Unlike some other OnGame "skins" Mansion haven't gone for intensive graphics and avatars, instead they've concentrated purely on the poker which is a welcome change.

Some nice features of Mansion Poker include the real time hand history, so it's easy to see what a player mucked at showdown. Also a fun feature is the % winning chance which displays once players are "all in". There are also comprehensive tournament and session statistics available to you, although these can take a little time to update.

The only negative point I can make about the OnGame software is that the tournament lobby is sometimes slow to update can be frustrating to navigate.

Overall Mansion Poker's software has more good points than bad.

Traffic

Mansion Poker used to have problems in the past regarding low player traffic. These problems have disappeared since joining OnGame. Mansion now benefit from a large player base and at peak times they have high volumes of both ring game traffic (around 7,000) and tournament traffic (around 40,000). As with most sites there is a bias towards limit / no-limit hold’em, but numbers for pot-limit Omaha are also quite reasonable. Games range from micro-limits all the way up to $50/$100 frequently for No Limit Hold'em.
