Whereas Full Tilt Poker may excel in most areas, unfortunately they're not as hot in the customer support department. While there are no concerns with politeness, accuracy of response and resolution of problems, unfortunately sometimes there's a delay in response. Responses are usually given within 24 hours and are usually pretty comprehensive in replies, so the problems end there. However if you need to continue dialogue it can become a lengthy process.

To be fair Full Tilt Poker support is adequate, it's just a shame that it isn't a bit more instant and match its own high standards in other areas. Hopefully this is something Full Tilt will address in the future.
